Don't confuse these with floggers. They are shot-loaded and heavy-duty, not to be taken lightly. Most popular for cosplay, fantasy, props or other special orders, they are the same quality and workmanship as my other products. I use the same core as my other bullwhips with a 9” spring-steel handle with a shot-loaded section. Next there’s a braided bolster belly followed by a top layer.
