Southwestern Quirt - Braided Tails
Southwestern Quirts have a tapered core with tapered shot-loading (loaded with approximately 2.5 ounces), ending in two braided 3-inch tails plus loose slappers. Overall length of 15-20 inches (to end of braiding) with slappers loose for you to cut as desired. The braided section is about one foot long and you can choose the length of slappers/falls. The falls/slappers are not replaceable. If you are looking for user-replaceable slappers check out my Western Quirts.
Southwestern style quirts in two colors are commonly in ringed kingsnake pattern where the colors don’t touch like a banded snake (12 plat).
I usually have a lot of these in stock and will contact you when you order to have you pick one that speaks to you. I can can also custom braid one for you.
